The most awaited event of the year, when the Donnafugata’s estate opens to the public on the night of San Lorenzo.
For over 20 years, the Donnafugata Contessa Entellina estate has lit up with lights, sounds and colors on the night of 10th August, for Calici di Stelle, an unmissable event for wine lovers.
The evening begins with the visit to the vineyards under the moonlight, the tour of the vinification cellar, and continues with an extraordinary tasting in the charming garden of the estate, where you end up having fun dancing, with live music.
Every year, a special performance, hosted in the company's vineyards, enriches the program with a unique union of art and wine in full Donnafugata style.

Welcoming toast: toast with Sul Vulcano Etna Rosato 2018, the new Donnafugata's wine
Guided tour: visit to the vineyards by moonlight and tour of the vinification cellar.
The magic of the Opera dei Pupi in vineyard: the historic Fratelli Napoli puppet company will bring to the stage some of the most famous scenes of knights, in which the personality of the protagonists pairs with that of Donnafugata wines, for a unique multisensory experience.
Wine: tasting in the charming garden of the estate of all wines produced by the company at its different wineries: from Contessa Entellina to Pantelleria, from Etna to Vittoria. It will be possible to taste over 20 labels, including a special selection of historic vintages, no longer on the market. The tasting features the company’s icon wines: the red Mille e Una Notte, the Passito di Pantelleria Ben Ryé and the Contrada Montelaguardia cru, Fragore.
Live music in the garden: the music of Manhattan will animate the event between singer-songwriters Made in Italy and retro electronics.
