A gourmet and refined tasting
A guided tour in the vineyards and winery, immersed in the nature of the Etna’s Park, with the tasting of 4 representative wines of Donnafugata paired with specialties of Etna cuisine.
The journey begins with an introduction to the Donnafugata's production universe and continues with a walk in the vineyards, a visit to the winemaking cellar and the barrique cellar with a view of the smoking peak of the volcano.
The journey ends with the tasting of 4 wines paired with 4 specialties of Etna’s cuisine. You will discover wines from different estates and the unmissable Ben Ryé Passito di Pantelleria DOC, the son of the wind.
