A tasting to discover the island's autochthonous grape varieties
A guided tour in the vineyards and winery, immersed in the nature of the Etna’s Park, with tasting of 4 wines produced from autochthonous grape varieties and Milleanni, extra virgin olive oil, from autochthonous cultivars.
The experience begins with a walk in the vineyard and continues in the barrique cellar with a view of the steaming summit of the volcano. The journey continues with the guided tasting of 4 wines produced from Sicilian autochthonous grape varieties.
In the tasting you will discover Grillo SurSur, Cerasuolo di Vittoria Floramundi (blend of Nero d’Avola and Frappato), Fragore, Etna cru, produced from Nerello Mascalese and Ben Ryé Passito di Pantelleria DOC, from Zibibbo grapes. The journey concludes with the tasting of an extra virgin olive oil Milleanni, a blend of autochthonous cultivars, paired with bread made from ancient Sicilian grains.
