Guided tour of the cellar and tasting of 4 wines paired with a selection of 4 products representative of the traditional "tonnara" production.

The journey begins with a visit to the historic cellars, passing from the underground barrel room to the Sala delle Botti.
Your tasting will see the ventresca paired with the mineral and aromatic Grillo Passiperduti, tuna salami with the elegant Vigna di Gabri, buzzonaglia with the volcanic Cuordilava and, to conclude your journey, the iconic Ben Ryè Passito di Pantelleria DOC will follow paired with tuna bottarga.
Due to the specific role of the tuna pairing in this tasting, vegetarian or vegan alternatives cannot be provided.
