A gourmet experience with refined pairings from Vittoria area
An exciting journey that begins with a guided tour to discover Donnafugata's sartorial savoir-faire in the Vittoria estate, from the vineyard to the cellar.
After an introduction to the production universe of Donnafugata, the visit continues with the presentation of the winery’s vineyards to discover the characteristics that make the terroir of Vittoria so unique.
At the end of the guided tour, the tasting follows with 5 wines, carefully selected from our highest-quality products, paired with 5 specialties from most typical Etna food tradition.
Reservations are required at least 1 day in advance.

What a wonderful experience! My husband, mom and I went to the Sunday, 1pm winery tour, wine tasting and food pairing experience at the beginning of June and it was nothing short of exceptional. From our incredible guide to the beautiful wine choices and the stellar kitchen. The food was truly gourmet and it was obvious a great deal of thought was put into how to bring out the best of the wine while sharing a taste of Sicily with a creative touch. I am vegan and they were not only able to accommodate me without a problem, but I did not feel like I was missing out and they had really given the vegan dishes just as much thought. And the space where the wine and food takes place is spacious and bright with tall ceilings overlooking the vineyards. I would absolutely recommend this experience and would like to also visit their other cantine.
